I meant to write this at the beginning of the year! Where did the time go 🙂
A very belated Happy New Year to you all xxx

As you’ve probably guessed, I’ve been rather busy, so busy that I’ve hardly seen my own kids and family 🙁
Unfortunately that’s my lifestyle at the moment. Even though I’ve finished school & college teaching for this academic year, it’s still full on – finalising the info for a new album playing Standards (nearly done – will be available soon), arranging music for two upcoming concerts (of which I haven’t had the chance to start – must do this very soon), updating my gigs page on the website (done) and attempting to see family and friends on the few days off before the new academic year starts. My old doctor would give me a right telling off for overdoing it and I would agree with him! Just getting over a stinking cold which decided to break just before a concert at the Swanage Jazz Festival – started to sweat it out then but thank god, Lemsip to the rescue 🙂

I’ll try and write again before the new year – big gig this Xmas with my big band + very special guests.
